REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
· Upon reception of your order, we’ll notify you via e-mail of the initiation of your order process, as well as its delivery period.
· We will ship your purchased material(s) to you by registered airmail within 5 business days from receiving your order.
· After placing your order, you may cancel it within 48 hours. In case of cancellation, we will pay you a full refund. If not cancelled within the period, your order becomes finalized and you won’t be able to cancel it any more.
· In case a product in your order becomes unavailable to us, we will notify you by e-mail and pay you a full refund. If part of your order renders unavailable, we will send you a full refund for the unavailable item(s).

In case the
product(s) you receive don’t match your order, we will either resend the item(s)
to you or pay you a full refund of the price of the erroneously shipped
item(s).
· If by delivery or postal service error, you don’t receive all or a part of your order, we will either pay you a full refund for the mislaid item(s) or resend the right one(s).

If for any
reason, you wish to return an item, you will have to send it to Iranfarhang’s
address. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item. Upon
receiving the returned item, we will pay you back its price excluding the shipping fee,
which is 20% of the item’s price.
